Middle Winter Moon

Monday, December 13, 2021

This week’s CAIRNS Etanhan Wotanin column considers the upcoming full moon and Lakotan methods of organizing time, and laments that the Lakotan lunar calendar did not have an opportunity to be revised as were the the Roman, Julian and Gregorian calendars. The column, “Middle Winter Moon,” can be read now by clicking here, or later this week in the Lakota Times newspaper.
